Bryan Wilson is a teacher at Rosario Castellanos Middle School, a Chicago Public School located in the Little Village Neighborhood in Chicago, IL.
At Castellanos School, he is a teacher for Castellanos School's Literature and Writing Magnet Cluster Program, a project initiating in September 2003 to support the school's efforts to meet the guidelines of the Chicago Reading Initiative and help Castellanos improve the performance on the Illinois Standards Achievement Test (ISAT). He is also a technology contact person for the school.
Previously, Bryan was the lead teacher for the World
Language French Magnet Cluster Program at Castellanos School and
a bilingual classroom teacher.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. He completed work for bilingual elementary education at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, participating in the National Student Exchange program at the University of Puerto Rico (Rio Piedras).
During summer 2003, Bryan has participated in the Web Institute For Teachers, a learning project for teachers using Internet resources in the classroom. Web Institute For Teachers is a part of CUIP (Chicago Public Schools/University of Chicago Internet Project).
